Ruilin Song

Executive Director of China Pharmaceutical Innovation Promotion Association and Executive Deputy Director of the National Drug Policy and Industrial Development Research Center of China Pharmaceutical University. Bachelor of Law from China University of Political Science and Law; Master of Business Administration from China Europe International Business School. 

Dr. Song previously served as deputy director of the Science, Education, Culture and Law Department of the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council. He is a member of the Advisory Committee of the Capital Health Policy Experts and a member of the Beijing Medical Reform Expert Committee. In 2008, he returned to China from overseas to participate in the establishment of the China Pharmaceutical Association's Medical Policy Research Center. In the same year, he served as deputy head of the Expert Group on Drug Policy Research of the Ministry of health’s “Health China 2020 Strategic Plan”. He is an expert in health and drug policy and legal research, and has participated in the drafting and review of most of the current healthcare and medicine laws and regulations.
