Gem Flower Pharmaceutical Science and Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. has established GCP Clinical Trial Institution and Phase I Research Laboratory in two third-level first-class general hospitals, namely "Gem Flower Central Hospital (CNPC Central Hospital) and" North China Gem Flower Hospital (CNPC General Hospital)".

The institutions have established a Drug Clinical Trial Agency Office, an Institutional File Management Office, and a Trial Drug Management Office. Director of the organization, deputy director, director of the agency office, secretary, quality control management personnel, drug management personnel and file management personnel. A total of 2400 square meters of medical rooms were used in phase I clinical research room, and 54 observation beds were deployed.

In the phase I clinical research room of the hospital, standardized wards and emergency rooms are equipped with necessary treatment, nursing and rescue equipment. The pharmacy is equipped with room temperature medicine cabinet, shady medicine cabinet, refrigerated refrigerator, cold chain temperature and humidity monitoring and alarm system, air conditioner and humidifier, and full-time pharmacist and archivist archives.
